Q. Is God Is Love Shop a non-profit?

A. No. God Is Love Shop is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Merisha Crowl. While 10% of profits are contributed directly to charitable organizations and efforts this is also a business to provide for myself and my children.

Q. Can I purchase products if I live outside the U.S.?

A. Unfortunately at this time no. As this is a new business and a new company, for now, I am only selling within the United States, however, in the future, God Is Love Shop will be available in many other countries. Sign up with your email to stay updated on future changes to this policy by entering your email in the field on the bottom right of this page that states "Join our mailing list".

Q. Where do your products ship from?

A. Most of our products are sourced from here in the U.S. however some products will ship from China. You can locate the ship site of your product in the product details. 

Q. What are the average ship times?

A. Products shipping from the US depending on the shipping option will be received within 10 business days. While we understand prompt shipping is expected by all guests, we also want to be able to offer you rare and exceptional gift ideas at great rates so in some cases importing is necessary. Products that ship from China are guaranteed in 21 days although they may be received much sooner than that.

Q. How long does it take for an order to process?

A. Most orders will process within 24 hours of payment processing, however, some vendors require 72 hours and in these cases, this will be noted on product details.

Q. Will I receive tracking information on my orders?

A. All orders will receive a tracking number and the tracking number will be provided to you as soon as it is available via email and/or our tracking application.

Q. Can I return my product if I receive it and am unsatisfied for any reason?

A. Yes*. 

*Notice of request to return for refund or credit must be received within 30 days of delivery. Submit your request to return via our online form found on the Contact Us page on our website here. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response and a return authorization will be issued to you at which time you can return the product for reimbursement as explained in the return policy found on the Returns Policy page of our website. 

All items must be intact in the original packaging (not shipping package) for reimbursement unless previously approved. 

Apparel must be unworn with tags and stickers intact. 

Items of hygiene concern WILL NOT be accepted for return ie. undergarments, headbands, hats, and any item that is used on the body or in the body except standard apparel worn over undergarments. *Unless express permission for return is granted via the above mentioned online form request here and the product is sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. 

If the product is received by us and does not meet these requirements, the product will be returned to you via the least expensive option to us and return credit will not be granted. 

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Store credit will be issued to you for the full amount of purchase to be used in-store for any return that has been issued an authorization. 

Depending on the cause for return and case details a refund to your original form of payment may be issued, for example, if a product is returned due to something outside the purchasers control ie. the wrong size was received, product received was not the product ordered just to name a few. 

This is not guaranteed for all cases and in some cases may exclude the cost of shipping. In the case of an original form of payment refund, you will be notified of this in return authorization email and refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Q. What if I don't receive my product or my product is damaged upon receiving it?

A. Please notify your shipper immediately upon notice the package is damaged or missing. All issues related to shipping must be reported to the shipper and a claim must be filed, and then to us via the returns authorization request form found on the Contact Us page here.

Q. Where does the 20% of profits go that God is Love Shop pledges to donate?

A. 100% of 10% of designated proceeds go directly to a person or family in need. There will be several different projects at any given time that we will be contributing to, however, an agreement with all related affiliations will be legally agreed upon by all parties involved that the money will go directly to those in need and not a non-profit employee's household budget.

There is a link located on the page titled Donation Reporting that will provide information on any person, family, or entity that receives donations, so you will always know where your money goes once it's contributed.

Q. Do you offer a referral program or rewards program?

A. We sure do! We offer this promotion on a point system in which for different activities such as referrals, purchases, and completing activities as they are posted on our blog, points will be contributed to your point account. 

You then trade in your points for merchandise, discounts, and other promotional offers. Get 200 points just for enrolling! Anyone who refers 5 new customers who place an order within 30 days of referral will receive a coupon for 40% off one item and free shipping.
