Shipping Policies, Practices, and Additional Information

We source our products from various vendors within the US and internationally. This enables us to provide you a variety of rare, unique, and beyond average gifts at beyond great prices.

With more options and better sourcing comes a variety of shipping solutions, rates, and delivery times. To make this a seamless and efficient process for our customers and provide the most affordable shipping rates we provide clear and accurate estimations of delivery times and upfront shipping costs.

Not all packaging will include our company logo and information, it may include third party shippers information. We work in connection with as many vendors as we need to provide the best possible service to our customers.

If ever you feel concerned about an order or delivery, reach out to us and we will address your concern promptly. We are a privately owned business and as such offer a local personal level of customer service with our customers.

Shipping Policies are pretty simple!

Most items of unlike kind ship separately.

Virtually every item sold on our site includes a tracking number to track your order. The only exception to this may be with publications and media and the item description will inform of this upfront if that is the case. In those cases, an additional option will be available to offer a tracking number however there will be additional shipping charges to utilize a major carrier if that upgrade is requested. You will be notified via your confirmation email of those charges upfront before said item would be shipped.

Items shipped from the US may have a small shipping charge in addition to the product purchase price and will arrive either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Items shipped from any country outside of the US will include free shipping charges!
We understand that every customer wants the fastest and cheapest shipping rates possible when ordering items online and to offer better service to our customers we waive all shipping expenses for imported products. We hope this makes up for the small delay in delivery times for importing products.

No products sold on our site include foreign taxes, tariffs, or other importing charges due to the nature of our business and products, this being said if unexpected changes are made to current regulations and an importing expense is ever charged to a customer for delivery of a product ordered from our website God Is Love Shop will assume responsibility for those fees and or charges.

All products imported from China, in particular, will be received with an import tax label affixed to the outside of the package. This label will be an estimated value of the product inside. It is a widely accepted practice for vendors in China to largely underestimate the value of the product they are shipping to avoid import taxes.

This is out of our control and is done by virtually all vendors in China exporting to the US. While I wish I could offer products at the price a vendor in China would estimate their product to be valued at the price shown is generally much lower than even the wholesale price offered to us.

If an issue ever arises concerning an unexpected fee for an imported product in process of delivery of a completed order please contact us immediately and upon providing proof of valid expense depending upon the situation at hand we will immediately cover the expense if the option is available to us directly. Or we will reimburse the customer if it is required that the recipient of the package pay the expense. This has never happened. But never say never so just in case this is how we would handle this.

Rest assured we ensure our customer will never foot the bill of an unexpected importing expense.
